Which? Polls Rates Major Online Bike Shops
The respected Which? magazine recently ran polls for customers on major online stores, of which the top 30 were pulished in a recent edition of the magazine. Interestingly 3 of these were bike stores – not bad considering the broad spectrum the poll was covering!
Highest scoring was Chainreactioncycles and Evans Cycles, who came joint 7th in the poll at 82% customer satisfaction, with Wiggle one place behind scorring a respectable 81%. A healthy result for the bike side of things then!
