The land is privately owned, but with land owners permission a group of locals are building and managing trails here. Every type of riding is catered for, with well crafted trails for all abilities. Mountain Biking: Tilgate forest located near to Crawley offers miles of unmarked bridleways and singletrack to enjoy. There was some freeride obstacles but recent trouble has put this somewhat in the shade. Visit the official Tilgate Forest MTB site here.
